“Examplify Says My Device Doesn’t Meet Minimum System Requirements” — Fix

If Examplify displays a minimum system requirements warning when you try to open an exam:

  • macOS: Update to the latest supported macOS version via System Settings → Software Update
  • Windows: Update to Windows 10 or 11 via Settings → Windows Update
  • Low RAM: Close all other applications before launching Examplify to free up memory
  • Low disk space: Delete unnecessary files to free at least 2GB of storage
  • Can’t update: Contact your school — they may have loaner laptops available for students whose devices don’t qualify

Does My Webcam Work with Examplify ExamMonitor?

Most built-in laptop webcams work with ExamMonitor. External USB webcams also work on most configurations. The best way to test is to take the mock exam with ExamMonitor enabled — Examplify will attempt to access your camera and tell you if there’s a problem before your real exam.
